From April 13 to 17, 2026, Tube Düsseldorf 2026, the world's most influential trade fair for the pipe industry, was held at Messe Düsseldorf. The event brought together over 2,600 exhibitors from more than 50 countries. Against the dual backdrop of the formal implementation of the EU Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM) and the transformation of China's steel industry toward reduced output, the exhibition served as a key platform for exploring green, low-carbon and high-quality development paths in the pipe industry. Beilai exhibited products covering five major series:

Carbon Steel Seamless Pipes: Materials include 20#, 45#, Q355B, etc. Outer diameter ranges from 6mm to 630mm, wall thickness from 1mm to 40mm. Products are widely used in long-distance oil and gas pipelines, city gas networks, and general industrial piping systems.

Alloy Steel Seamless Pipes: Materials include 12Cr1MoVG, 15CrMoG, P11, P22, P91, etc. Specially used for high-temperature superheaters, reheaters in power station boilers and furnace tubes in petrochemical heating furnaces. High-temperature resistance reaches up to 650°C with excellent creep strength.

Stainless Steel Seamless Pipes: Materials include 304/304L, 316/316L, 321, 310S, Duplex 2205, etc. Offer excellent corrosion resistance, suitable for corrosive media transport in chemical, offshore engineering, food and pharmaceutical industries.

API OCTG: Strictly manufactured according to API 5CT standard, steel grades cover J55, K55, N80, L80, P110, etc. Sizes range from 2-3/8 inches to 13-3/8 inches, suitable for oil and gas well drilling operations.

Finned Tubes: Base pipe materials cover carbon steel, alloy steel and stainless steel. Fin types include spiral wound, high-frequency welded and extruded types. Fin height ranges from 10mm to 25mm, fin thickness from 0.8mm to 2.5mm, effectively increasing heat transfer area by 3 to 5 times. Widely used in waste heat boilers, air coolers, heat exchangers and other equipment.

Beilai seamless steel pipes strictly comply with international standards including API 5L, ASTM A106 and EN 10216. The weld-free structure provides excellent resistance to Hydrogen Induced Cracking (HIC) and Sulfide Stress Corrosion Cracking (SSCC), making them particularly suitable for high-risk operating conditions. Every pipe undergoes advanced inspection processes, targeting zero defects.

On January 1, 2026, the EU CBAM officially entered its substantive collection phase, requiring imported products in steel, aluminum, cement and other sectors to pay carbon price differentials. For Chinese steel enterprises, this means that pipe products exported to the EU will face a completely new cost accounting system. Without EU-recognized actual carbon emission data, products will be taxed at higher default values, with carbon cost differences potentially reaching €50-100 per ton. Meanwhile, China's steel industry is undergoing profound transformation. The "15th Five-Year Plan" promotes industrial restructuring, with output optimization becoming industry consensus. Manufacturing steel share has exceeded construction steel for the first time, making high value-added products the core direction of export restructuring.
