1. Raw materials
Factors such as poor internal organization and poor surface quality of raw materials are important causes of seamless steel pipe defects. Poor internal structure may cause defects such as internal folding, cracks and delamination. Poor surface quality may cause defects such as external folding.
2. Process operation
Improper process operations such as improper heating, excessive deformation pressure and incomplete cleaning of the surface of the tube blank are also important reasons for the defects of seamless steel pipes. Improper heating may cause defects such as inner folding, outer folding and cracks in pipe wall. Excessive deformation pressure may lead to cracks and other defects.
3. Equipment
